


I bought Stephanie’s 12 Week Transformation program a couple years ago and I loved it so much that pulled it out again recently to follow for my most recent bikini competition prep. I added in some of my own flair, like an extra booty day and extra cardio, but I loved how the plan was always changing every few weeks. My body never felt like it was adapting or like I plateaued and I never got bored of the workouts like I have with other plans. With the help of Stephanie’s plan, I won my pro-qualification in the International Natural Bodybuilding Association (INBA) and won my first pro-title a month later. I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed this plan and just purchased another and cannot wait to start! Thank you Goldie Squats girls!

I started training with Kelsey in January of 2017. Since then I have lost 30 lbs and about 7% body fat! When I met Kelsey, she asked me what my fitness goals were. I told her weight loss and an all around healthier lifestyle, and that’s what I got! Kelsey trained me twice a week, and pushed me to reach new levels of fitness in the gym. On the days we didn’t train she kept in contact with me to ensure I was going after my goals on my own time. She shares her knowledge surrounding fitness, healthy recipes and healthy lifestyle habits. I am now living in Washington for work but Kelsey still communicates with me to see how I’m doing and answer any questions I have. She is an awesome trainer and an amazing person.She will push you hard but if you are dedicated you will reach your goals!
